Squarespace Website Template Policies

When you purchase a Squarespace Template, it will be delivered to you as a new Squarespace 7.1 website with a free 6-month trial, this template will not and can not be added to an existing website, unless you purchase the Installation Package Add-on (please note: the free 6-month trial and our exclusive 20% off Squarespace annual plan discount are not available if you purchase the install option).

Immediately after your template purchase you will receive an email with the link to access Launch in Five, our free 5-day launch course.

Within 48 hours of your template purchase, you will receive an email inviting you to be a contributor. This email will be sent from "no-reply@squarespace.com" with the subject: "New Squarespace Contributor Invitation". Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox!

We will always do our very best to have your template sent to you within 48 hours, but please understand that this time frame can potentially vary if any unforeseen circumstances arise. If it has been over 48 hours please submit a support ticket (please note that there may be a delay during weekends/holidays).

After you accept, the template will be installed into your account in the form of a new Squarespace 7.1 site.

If you do not accept the invitation for your template within 6 months of purchase and your free trial expires, you will then have to repurchase the template again.

Once the template is added into your Squarespace account, it is no longer our responsibility—you will need to add your own content and customize the site to your own brand. If you make any accidental changes to the template we cannot reverse them. To avoid this we recommend saving your sections prior to making any changes (learn how to do this here) or duplicating a section and making changes to the duplicated one to compare which you like best.

The template will be sent to you only once and it will be added into your account as a new Squarespace website with a free 6-month trial. If you let this free trial run out, your site will expire (Squarespace deletes expired sites after 3+ months) unless you pay for a Squarespace plan. If your website gets deleted and you want the template resent, you will have to repurchase the template again. If you need more free trial time, you can contact Squarespace support for a trial extension.

We are more than happy to help you with any issues relating to the template itself, our design, the provided files, as well as any other problems that might arise during the process.

If you need help with Squarespace-related problems such as billing and domain issues, please contact Squarespace support.

We offer support via email and we aim to respond within 24-48 business hours: Monday-Friday (except holidays).

Squarespace Website Template Copyright and Licensing Policy

Each Squarespace Template purchase may be used for one website only (example: 1 Squarespace Template purchase = 1 Website). If you want to create another website with the same template, you must purchase it again.

By purchasing a Squarespace template from Blogfluential, you agree to the following:

• You may not claim or promote these designs as your own.

• You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.

• You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.

• The photography used or provided within the template is for demonstration purposes only and is copyrighted to its original creator. You are required to replace these with your own or replace them with free or paid images you sourced yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing and/or copyright issues that may occur due to your unlawful use of any images.

• The template is copyrighted by Blogfluential and Blogfluential owns the rights to all designs and files (not including any photography and Canva graphics) included in your purchase and design.

• If you share your completed website with us, it may be used in our template portfolio, sales pages, or on our social media platforms for demonstration and promotional purposes.

You will need to purchase a Squarespace subscription, and you may need Canva to edit any graphics in order to use these templates. Please read each template description carefully to see what is needed for that particular template.

You have lifetime access to your purchased Squarespace template, but we can’t guarantee lifetime updates to the content. If the template has been retired or removed completely from our store, it will no longer be updated.
