Meet Nicole—Squarespace website designer turned influencer turned blogger…and the creator of Blogfluential
I’ve worn many hats and lived many lives. I started as a Squarespace web designer, then got sucked into the Instagram influencer lifestyle. At first, it was exciting—photoshoots, free clothes, brand collabs, and getting paid to create. But after four years of dedication, I was burned out, glued to my phone, and frustrated that all my effort didn’t match my income. Worst of all, my financial future depended on an algorithm I couldn’t control.
That’s when I decided to become a blogger.
My first attempt? A total flop! Honestly, I half-assed it while still chasing Instagram. But when I finally went all in and treated my blog like a business, everything changed. Within a year, I was earning more from blogging than I ever did on Instagram—without relying on social media. By 2024, I hit my highest-ever ad revenue month and grew my income 25%!
Blogging gave me back my creative spark, passive income, and the freedom to show up on social media only when I want to—not because I have to.
Now I want to help you do the same!
